At the time of the 6th BRICS IP Forum, economic recovery was yet to stabilise in developed countries and investors were keen on the economic opportunities presented by the BRICS bloc.
When business footprints cross national borders, knowledge of the global IP climate becomes vital to exploit and protect intellectual property assets. The programme for the 6th Annual Conference sought to impart key information on the IP environment in the BRICS countries. Its focus was on the procedures for obtaining and enforcing IP rights and familiarising investors with tools at their disposal to overcome challenges successfully.
Presentations made at the Forum may be accessed and downloaded from the 'Programme' section of the event.
